SeaMax assures our valued clients that any information provided for the purpose of securing our products and services will be used strictly in accordance with this policy.

Collection of information

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform potential clients what type of information we may request on our website and how we may use that information. Depending on the service being requested, the potential client could be asked to provide information such as name, email address, phone number, etc. If the client wishes to purchase a sauna using a credit card we also ask for the credit card type, number, name on the card & expiration date in order to process the request. Potential clients are under no obligation to provide Seamax with any or all of the information requested.

Sharing and Usage

Any Information we collect is confidential and protected by us. Credit card information is only disclosed to the relevant bank(s) for the purpose of performing purchase transactions. We do not disclose personal information to any third party without the client’s advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is used only by Seamax employees for the purposes of performing sales transactions and notifying the client regarding continued product and marketing updates (subject to the client request).

Security Measures

We will only use personal information in the ways specified at the time of collection. We will not subsequently change the way in which we use personal information without the consent of the client. SeaMax will not retain personal client information longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
